The Hi-Tec city (Hyderabad Information Technology and Engineering Consultancy City) initiative is an IT and ITES hub developed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, launched in 1997. Cyber Towers was the first tower to be built under this initiative, housing a number of offices. The Cyber Towers building is divided into four quadrants with a large fountain in the middle of the quadrants. It has 10 floors in all.
